Thanks to advanced coil technology and its principle, AMITEQ INDUCTCODER® has very high accuracy itself.

There are two possibilities of mechanical misalignment in the sensor as the following animations.

 AMITEQ INDUCTCODER® well-compensates the sensor signal in either case of mechanical misalignment. (Refer to Fig.1)

Case-A: Shaft center eccentricity
(Stator misalignment)

(w/o any eccentricity)
Case-B: Offset rotor center

(Rotor precession)
■ High repeatability and fine resolution
  • The measurement data is so repeatable that the data can be calibrated to have the super-accurate measurement data.
  • The signal conversion circuit generates high resolution data instantaneously. The high resolution data helps to have smooth control.
